What is your turnaround time?

Our standard turnaround time is 5-7 working days from payment received to the completion and dispatch date.

We run this business in the evenings alongside working a full time job

How will my order be delivered?

We use Royal Mail for our deliveries, the choice of service depends on the size, weight and quantity.

If you’re local you’re also welcome to arrange for us to drop it off free of charge.

Do you have minimum order quantities?

We don’t! The aim for our laser cutting and engraving has always been to be as accessible as possible.

We highly recommend that if you want to order multiple of the same item that we send you a protype before you commit to the order.
